Mrs. Liverman, so sorry to hear of your loss. Didn't know your husband, but by reading the other posts, I now understand why JaeMarien and I were immediately attached to you when he was in the 4th grade. Your spirits were captivating. Tina, David, and Alyssa. Billy will surely be missed and it will be hard to fill that void in my heart. We shared many issues at work, off the job, and more. The love he had for every individual he encountered was amazing. He would bend over backwards to lend a helping hand to anyone. May God give you all strength to endure day by day. I pray that God will allow those great memories you had with Billy to comfort you. God bless RIP Billy Nothing but love for you my brother.

Tina, I am so sorry to hear about Billy. I always had the pleasure talking with him at Ms. Anne's house when she was babysitting Michael. If there is anything you need, please let me know.

When Tina’s biological Dad (Harold) and I (the step-Dad) walked her down the isle, we sensed that Billy would be a good Husband. We did not realize how great a Husband and Father this man would be. Tina knew. The years have proven that Billy was the kind of man that every Father wants for his Daughter and wants his son to be like. That walk down the isle was one of, if not the most, significant and successful acts I have ever participated in. Thank you Billy❤️

Billy & I grew up together. He always treated me like I was his little sister. In his teenage years he came to my house and played cards with my Grandma (Grandma Russell to everyone) for hours. When she passed away, Billy was right there to lend his support, even though we hadn't seen each other in years.

To all of Billy's family we hope you know Billy is still with you. I knew him and Sylvia as children when they lived at the end of Godwin Rd. and many years later met you all at Ridgecroft when David and Alana were classmates. David learned well from his Dad how to be a gracious and caring person. We are so sorry to lose a truly good person when we need all those we can get.

Tina, David, and Alyssa our family is saddened by your loss. Billy is one of the most genuinely kind people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. One fond memory we have of Billy is when he did some painting for my Grandma Irma, she fell in love with him. From that time on she always talked about Billy. We send prayers of COMFORT AND HOPE found in our LORD, JESUS CHRIST. Teresa and Dalles Turner, and Ann Wiggins

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, David and Alyssa. I considered Billy a true friend with a heart of gold. I have lots of special memories of Billy from our younger days playing basketball, riding motorcycles and just hanging out. He’s a true example of what a husband, father and great friend should be. He will be missed If we can do anything for you, please do not hesitate. God bless you and your family.
