I am so sorry I did not know that Anne had passed.......she was a person who always made you feel better even when she was not feeling well herself...

I am so, so sorry and so shocked! I have only seen this just now since my old computer wouldn't let me on the Garrett-Sykes website. I cannot believe Ann is gone. God bless Keith and the children and the family. Ann, say hello and give a big hug to BooBoo for me. God bless you all until you meet again...

Anne was such a kind and sweet person. I really looked forward to our conversations as moms of elementary school children at Willis Hare; as we waited for that bell to ring! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I knew only for a short while but she made a lasting impression. We worked together briefly as nurses before I moved away from Roanoke Rapids. She was a loving and very compassionate person. My condolences to her family.

I am so sad to hear of Anne's passing. Our paths crossed again about 8 years ago when we worked as RNs in the Emergency Room at RCH together. We were classmates through grammer school and friends through out high school. I respected your warm gentle spirit. Rest in peace my friend. I will be praying for your family to receive God's peace and comfort during this difficult time.

I knew Anne from being my first cousin. I am deeply saddened of the untimely death. Living so many miles apart we didn’t visit but the love for family is for life. She is gone but not forgotten.

I knew Anne all my life and I was blessed to have known her...she was my husband Stu's double first cousin and they grew up close. Our thoughts and prayers are with the rest of the family. May God guide you all and give you strength through this difficult time.

I have no words. We started out as roommates at Obici and became great friends. I dont think I could have made it through nursing school without her. We would go years without talking, but when we reconnected it was like we never missed a beat. She was one of the kindest, gentle souls I ever knew. Even though we had physically grown apart. She will always be in my hesrt. I will always regard her as my one true friend ❤ My sincere condolences to Keith, Taylor and all her family. You were blessed to have her!! I know her family was everything to her!!
