ROXOBEL, NC – Tiffany Warren Tenhet, age 41, passed away suddenly in the early morning hour on Monday, October 28, 2019 at her home, the 300 block of Norfleet Ferry Road in Roxobel, NC.

A native of Poughkeepsie, New York, Tiffany was born on July 19, 1978 to Daniel Lee Warren, Sr. and Daisy Louise Davenport Warren. She did not live there long before making her way to North Carolina and making her home in Hertford County. She adored her children and spent as much time as possible with them, from trips to Williamsburg, VA, to watching her Brianna perform on stage in theater. Tiffany had a long time dream of becoming a paramedic and was a proud and dedicated EMT for Hertford County. She had a true passion for helping others. Tiffany was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and co-workers.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth “Beth” Warren.

Tiffany is survived by her daughter, Brianna Tenhet of Wilson, NC; her son, Matthew Tenhet of Roxobel; their father, Gregory Tenhet of Decatur, TX, sister, Danielle Baker of Roxobel; two brothers, Daniel Lee Warren Jr. and wife Linda of New Castle, VA, and Robert Lee Warren of Murfreesboro; five nephews, David Baker and wife Tonya of Roxobel, Jay Baker and wife Brittany of Roxobel, Jimmy Baker and wife Sethy of Cary, Steven Greenway and wife Megan of Roanoke, VA, and Justin Warren of Murfreesboro; five nieces, Heather Mitchell and husband Brian of Harrellsville, Charity East and husband Nate of Ashburn, VA, Daisy Smith of Spokane Valley, WA, Jamie Paterson and husband Tim of New Castle, VA, and Ava Greenway of New Castle, VA; along with numerous great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 30, 2019, from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, NC and other times at the home.

A celebration of life funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at 11:00 am at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Ahoskie, NC with burial following at Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie, NC.
