Stanley Henry

November 8, 1938 - November 1, 2010

Mr. Stanley Martin Henry, age 71 died at the Roanoke Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie, NC.

He was born in Franklin, MA to the late Helen and John Henry. He enjoyed wood working and was a carpenter all of his life. He along with his family moved from Franklin, MA to Brownfield,ME and then to Potecasi, NC. While living in Brownfield, ME he owned and operated the Wooden Nickel. They worked restoring historical homes all the way with his two sons, left now to continue the family business. Home restoration was a passion of Mr. Henry.

Suriviors include his wife of fifty-three years, Beverly Cram Henry of the home, three daughters; Brenda Henry of Lewiston, Maine, Karen Keyser and her husband Jimmy of Frybrug, ME and Shauna Henry of Brownfield, ME, two sons: David Henry and his wife Terry of Woodland, NC and Wayne Henry of Potecasi, NC, three sisters; Pricilla Bacchiocchi and her husband Bob of Brownfield, ME, Pamela Currey and her husband Butch of Bellingham, MA and Virginia Sommers and her husband Jimmy of Weston, MA, one brother Raymond Henry of Millis, MA. Surviving are ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also left to cherish the memory of Mr. Henry and his family is Jimmy Dunn of Conway.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
