Phil,
I'm remembering your humour and dry wit. Thanks for being so good to this family.
Your kindness in times past meant so much.
We'll do the best we can to be there for Alice. You will be greatly missed.
Love, Faye

Thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. I have many fond memories of the Coggin family when my sister and I lived across the street from them in Ahoskie.

Mrs. Coggins, Ray and family,
Al and I are very sorry to hear of your loss. We have enjoyed working with Phil over the past years. He was a very hard worker for the farmers in trying to help them. He will be missed very much. He is now in peace with no suffering but i know he will looking down and watching out for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was always so proud of them.
