Peggy Scott Woodard, 80, died Thursday, February 15, 2007. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2007 at the Trinity Episcopal Cemetery in Scotland Neck. The Reverend Billy Poteat will be presiding. Peggy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend to everyone who knew her. Peggy is survived by her husband, Ray Woodard; sons, Steven Noel and wife Wanda of Crofton, MD and Phillip Noel of Waldorf, MD; six grandchildren, Crystal Stallings, Eric Noel, Scott Noel, Brian Noel, Alan Noel, and Ashley Woodard; and six great-grandchildren, Jacob Stallings, Justin Stallings, Bill Stallings, Harley Noel, Raven Noel, and Cassidy Noel. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2007 at Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck. Arrangements are being handled by Letchworth Funeral Home in Scotland Neck
