We had the honor of being neighbors with the Rawls while we lived in Ahoskie. Louise was extremely kind, generous, and always had a smile on her face. We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to this wonderful family.

Since I have moved to Minn. I have not had much contact with Louise except on Facebook.. The day she asked for my friendship on FB I was so happy to be back in contact again with her. I know Linwood and family will miss her a great deal as will all who knew her.

I retired in 2009 from the Register of Deeds office in Winton which is where I got to know both of them..
