Granny will be remembered fondly in our house. We had spaghetti last night and everyone enjoyed her sauce. We take comfort in knowing that she is in a better place and she can watch over all of us.

Love,

Stephen and William

I am very sorry for the loss of your mother. Mrs.Guttu was one of the nicest people that anyone could ever meet. When growing up in Ahoskie and we were neighbors, your parents always treated us with kindness and warmth. She was a wonderful neighborhood Mom to all of us.

My prayers are with you my friends.

Stephen and Wiliam,

Eric and I are so saddened by your loss. What a wonderful mother you had for all these years. She was so fun, witty and just a really good person. When we lived next door she was my mother’s best friend. As your best friend of the female variety, Stephen, I spent hours at your house in her company, enjoying her humor, food and love. The good news is she will join your dad, who was taken from all of you way too early.

Bet they are in each other’s arms now!

Our heartfelt sympathy,

Pauline and Eric

Stephen, you have my deepest sympathy in the passing of your mother. I often think of the time that I saw you last in new Orleans, and you were talking about your mother, and father. God bless you, and your family. Tommy godwin
