J. D & Family, I am so saddened to learn of the passing of Jeremy. He came out to my home where I was expanding electrical service about five years ago, perhaps even a little longer. Upon our discussion about the work I knew right away he was a very special young man! I shared this with J. D. at work and his Mother at a later date in Obici Hospital when Jeremy was ill. God must have needed in Heaven the services of a Prince of a young man when he pucked Jeremy from Earth! Please know all of the family is in my thoughts & prayers! Sincerely, J. E. Harrell Gates, N. C.

I know Jeremy because his sister,Becky is married to my son,Ed. I have always had the upmost respect for Jeremy because of the way I saw he loved his two girls,Autumn and Lacy.He loved those girls dearly and it showed. I saw him Saturday morning in Eddie Harrells where I work and he was buying fishing supplies to take his two girls fishing. Isaw a glow of happiness on his face that morning that I will never forget. I know that Jeremy spent his last day on this earth happy taking his girls fishing and spending time with them. Rest in peace,Jeremy and know that you will never be forgotten.

When i first started dating Becky she said she wanted me to meet her brother. His way of trying to see if i was right for his sister he started with the name calling. The first name was (Pretty Boy) he always joked on my clothes and what I was wearing at the time. He found out after the first name wasn't bothering me he decided the come up with another name. My wife is a Hair Stylist and during the summer months she would lighten my hair with some color. His second name for me was (Frosted Flakes)....He knew he had me on this one so he stuck to the name (Frosted Flakes). After that summer we have not done color since. After he knew i was the one for Becky he welcomed me in the Family and he was glad to see Becky as happy as she has ever been. He knew i was the one for her. I could not have ever asked for a more caring and responsible brother-in-law he was. He will be missed.....The girls will be taken care of.....rest in peace.

I met Jeremy through his sister Becky, she cut my hair. My first impression of him was he is a GREAT daddy. You could see the love in all 3 of their eyes. He was so protective of them, making sure they stayed in the little picket fence. Jeremy and the girls were so proud of the green peppers and tomatoes he grew in the corner of the flower beds. He bragged in his own way of how he had the biggest and best ones around. I had to cook stuffed peppers for him using the peppers they grew. The girls were so excited to help me cook them, even though they ate pizza :) He had plans, plans for his life, his girls and the all important plans for the man cave bathroom he wanted to build, eventually. He went in detail about that added on bathroom he wanted to one day build just for himself with no girly stuff in it...all man cave for him. I am so blessed to know him and for him to be a part of our lives. No matter how brief the time and moments were they will be treasured forever.

Jeremy and I went to school together our whole lives; but sadly after graduation we drifted apart and then he moved into the house across the street from my sister! I will not say "Good-bye" to you Jeremy, just "See you later" God has a better plan for you! And now you are your daughters' Guardian Angel! Take Care buddy and save us all a place! RIP always! To all of Jeremy's family (especially Autumn & Lacy), you guys are in my prayers and you all have my deepest sympathy for your loss!

Jeremy was a part of my family for 3 yrs, but remained a wonderful friend to us as well until the end. I want to thank him for being not only a part of everyones lives, but for being such a good role model to Big D, I know 2day is going to be hard on little man, but he's going. He brought the sunshine to Toni, an words can't express the thankfulness....He's brought tears or laughter an tears of pain. Jeremy was the type of person that no matter who you were, he never met a stranger. He loved his family an friends, as specially those 2 sweet angels of his, more than Peter loved the Lord. He not only served his country, he served his community. Jeremy had one buisy life, working 2 jobs, raising to wonderful girls, yet still made time to lend a helping hand where need be. He had so many friends an family that loved him. They always say, never question God's decisions so we want. I just wish he would of waited a little longer to take such a wonderful young man, father, son, friend...... May God be with all the family an friends through this hard time, may he continue to guide an direct us all, an may HE PLEASE GIVE JEREMY A CHAIN SAW an SOME GOOD TUNES to keep him busy, cause we know that man can't sit still 5 min!! We Love an miss you Jeremy <3 See ya on the other side bud.... REST IN PEACE <3 <3 <3
