Uncle Donald , will be missed by many friends as well as all of his relatives. He was the closest looking Brother that my Dad had. He was another man that would give you the shirt off of his back if he thought it would do you any good. He wanted to listen to what you had to say before he spoke. Uncle Donald was the type of guy that loved to talk about the past, mostly because it was his past,and I don't believe it was so good and I don't think he wanted you to have to experience the mistakes that he went through ... He talked all the time about how proud he was of his children and his grandchildren ...and his wife ... He even bragged about their accomplishments ...and how they would help each other out... I remember him saying he was going to preplan his funeral so his family wouldn't have to worry about it when the time comes... Is that considerate or not ... May your Soul Rest and May You become a Fisher of Man for the Lord !!! I'll miss You forever ,Like My Own Father ... Grover C.

Uncle Donald was a wonderful man. He has always been kind to me and my family. Vicky, Laurie, and Michael, you are so lucky to have had a great Dad that loved you unconditionaly and was extremly proud of you. I am so happy for all of you to have gotten the chance to hear and share his love and proudness of you at the family reunion. I was honored to be there with each and everyone of you.I wish that I could have had that same chance with my Dad. I know that the coming days and years may be hard, especially those special occasions that you shared together as a family, but you all have each other to lean on and over time things will get better.
