WOODLAND, NC – Elizabeth Renee Johnson Farmer, age 46, passed away on March 2, 2018. Renee was born on January 13, 1972 to Jerry and Wanda Vick Johnson in Hertford County, North Carolina. She worked as a CNA for Creekside Nursing and Rehab Facility in Ahoskie for a period of time. Renee loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed the beach as well. Renee was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all that knew her. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ethel Vick.
Along with her parents, Jerry and Wanda of Roxobel, Renee is survived by her two daughters, Lauren Brooke Freeman and fiancé Dustin Stalls of Hobgood, and Sarah Morgan Farmer of Roxobel; her brother, Andy Johnson and his wife Kristy of Kelford; and her precious granddaughter, Alexandra Paige Stalls.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 5, 2018, from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service, Rich Square, NC, and other times at the home of Renee’s parents, Jerry and Wanda. There will be a private burial in the Vick-Peele Family Cemetery.
