Mrs. Anniebelle Barrett Allmon, age 90 went home to her heavenly father on January 5, 2013. Mrs. Allmon was from the Rehoboth Community and graduated from the Jackson High School and attended Louisburg College. She was the widow of the late ARM1C Wesley P. Terry, Sr. (USN) and the late 1st Lt. David L. Boone (USAF).
Preceding her in death are her mother and father, Julia Emma Grizzard and Albert Thomas Barrett
She is survived by her four children, Wesley P. Terry, Jr. and his wife Patti of Jackson, NC, Donna L. Boone of Ashland, VA, Julia B. Jenkins and her husband Barry of Garner, NC and Barbara B. McDaniel of Morehead City, NC. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 1 P.M. at the Rehoboth United Methodist Church in Jackson with the Rev. Daniel Earnhardt officiating. The interment will follow at the Barrett Family Cemetery.
