Alton Eugene Bulluck, 85, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at his home in Scotland Neck.
Alton was born in Hobgood on February 4, 1932 to the late Mancy and Nolie Bland Bulluck. He was a loving husband, uncle, and friend to many. Alton worked for Shields Fertilizer Company, Halco Farm Equipment, Kizer Fertilizer, and Carolina Wood for many years. He was a member of the Scotland Neck Masonic Lodge #689 and the Valley of New Bern Scottish Rite. Alton especially loved his boats and fishing.
Alton is survived by his beloved wife, Dianne Harper Bulluck; his sisters, Evelyn Stanley of Raleigh and Doris Page of Raleigh; his nieces, Joyce Carol Horne, Leigh H. Draper, Nancy L. Parrott, Lynette L. Marks, Angela H. Catrambone, Carol Ann Harper, and Lisa Page Dombroski; his nephews, Russell Page and Kenneth Stanley; and his great nephew, Ben Dombroski.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Hobgood Cemetery in Hobgood. The Reverend Charles Bartholomew will be presiding.
The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
